So it's haute couture fashion week in paris, which i would have paid more attention to but it just so happened to be midterms week. However, they are over now, so I may fawn over the couture in peace. Although, I will make a confession: I have a much harder time falling for couture like I do with ready-to-wear. For me, couture is for designers to showcase their talents, to really go all out, and I admire the collections, but more as though they were on display at the Metropolitan than begin walked down the runway. That being said, I did have a few favorites that I'd like to share:
again, one of my favorite spring fashion trends is ALL THIS CRAZY HAIR!
and the soft pinks with the feminine florals and the draping
IT MAKES ME HAPPY
And this post would be complete if I did not admire dior for their outlandish drag queen style makeup:
